John Larson Named Chief Executive Officer of ESCORT Inc.

February 4, 2008 WEST CHESTER, OHIO - John Larson, currently President of ESCORT Incorporated, has been named Chief Executive Officer of ESCORT Inc. Larson joined ESCORT in June of 2007 as President after a distinguished 20 year career at General Motors Corporation, including his role as General Manager of Buick, Pontiac and GMC Divisions prior to joining ESCORT.

Greg Blair, currently CEO and co-founder of ESCORT Inc, has taken the position of Chairman on ESCORT's Board.
