ESCORT Radar, maker of the world's best radar and laser detectors, announced today the expansion of its product line by entering into a new strategic alliance with Canadian based Blackline GPS Corp. Under the agreement, Blackline and ESCORT will market and sell portable and installed GPS-based vehicle tracking products under the ESCORT brand name.

By marrying the industry-leading GPS technology of Blackline with the brand equity of the ESCORT name, both companies will substantially increase their product presence and expansion into both the United States and Canadian consumer markets.

The first of these new GPS products should be introduced to the United States and Canadian markets this summer.
