I have a touring motorcycle that I use to travel the west with my spouse. We use a intercom system in our helmets so that we can speak together while we ride. When we decided to add a radar detector to the bike to help us avoid speed traps we had the problem of how to hear the warnings it was issuing.

We were happy to find this motorcycle adapter that allowed us to send the audio warnings from our Passport radar detector into the headsets of our intercom system. Of course we at first were worried there would be a lot of false alarms in our ears from the unit but the Passport 9500i did a great job of being accurate enough that is only was sounding through our headsets when it needed to.
