PASSPORT 9500ci comes complete with a comprehensive owner's manual and installation guide, installation DVD, COOL TRICK INSTALL KIT (Includes: Crimper, VHB Tape, Fuse Stake, Disconnect Terminal, Zip Ties, Velcro Hook & Loop Fasteners, Modular 4 Pin RJ11 Connectors and 3M Quick Connect Terminal), separate miniature controller and text display, front-mounted radar receiver, twin front-mounted laser receivers/shifters, rear license plate mounted laser receiver/shifter, 12-volt interface module, GPS antenna, 12-volt amplified speaker, display bezel, bi-color LED, and all mounting hardware.

PASSPORT 9500ci Professional Installation

With this InstallCard a professional Mobile Electronics installer will install your Escort 9500ci™ Radar/Laser Detector into your vehicle. Installation includes connecting the system to the vehicles electrical system, mounting the front radar receiver, mounting front and rear laser shifters, and installing the GPS antenna. In addition your installer will mount the powered speaker, USB update port, control module and display module inside the vehicle. Some vehicles may require optional mounting brackets or additional labor due to the complexity of the vehicle.

How the Installation Card Works

1. Go online (InstallCard.com) and activate the InstallCard**
1. Provide information about the location of installation or your vehicle.
2. Provide information about product to be installed.
3. Pick an Installer/Location.
4. Provide contact information.
5. Pick a preferred schedule date.
2. InstallerNet calls customer to confirm details of installation and requested
schedule.
3. Customer takes vehicle to installer.(In some cases the installer will come to you)
4. Installation is done.
5. Customer gives installer their InstallCard upon completion.

Important:
Location Database Updates and Detector Software Updates for the Passport 9500ix, Passport 9500i, and Passport 9500ci require a Windows based computer. (Operating on Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7 only.)

Detector must be powered (if not using a laptop with the car turned on, Passport 9500i and Passport 9500ix require a Radar Detector 12 Volt Adapter - not included with detectors).

Both the Passport 9500i and Passport 9500ix require an USB A to Mini USB cable (USB printer cable required for Passport 9500ci) - not included with detector - before you can install location database updates and detector software updates.
