Free ground shipping is included to 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico ship based on assessed fee at checkout.
We require a physical address for shipping. Sorry, no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please select 2-day or next day air for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.
