UPS Orders placed by 5:00 PM EDT or USPS by 12 PM EDT Monday – Friday will usually ship same day for in stock items.  We do not ship on weekends.  Please refer to our shipping terms for further information on when your order will ship.  Most orders are signature required. Weather conditions can impact shipping times.

Certain orders may require additional days to process prior to shipping. In addition, Holidays may also impact processing and shipping time frame. Occasionally, items may not ship due to inventory depletion. If you need your item to be expedited, we recommend calling Sales at 800-543-1608.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Shipping & Delivery

Free ground shipping is included to 48 states.  Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico ship based on assessed fee at checkout.

We require a physical address for shipping. Sorry, no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please select 2-day or next day air for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item.

Shipping time frames can be impacted by carrier delays, inclement weather, and other unforeseen events. Shipping refunds are not available in these situations. If your package is delayed with the carrier, please check the carrier website for shipping updates.

CANCELING ORDERS PLACED ON ESCORTRADAR.COM

To submit a cancellation request for Escortradar.com please email ordercancel@cedarelectronics.com. Please note that we typically process orders quickly, and oftentimes outside of our normal Customer Care Center business hours. For this reason, most orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please consider this carefully. You are welcome to submit a cancellation request, and while we will make every effort to honor it, we cannot guarantee success.

  If we are able to cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your card will not be charged, but a fund authorization will hold until released by your bank.
