1. Overview & How It Works

The ESCORT “Risk-Free Guarantee” program (the “Program”) lets eligible customers buy a Qualified Detector (Section 2) from EscortRadar.com and try it for 30 days, then return it for a refund using a free prepaid label if not satisfied. The Program is offered by Escort, Inc., a subsidiary of Cedar Electronics Holdings Corp. (“ESCORT,” “we,” “us,” “our”), and supplements — rather than replaces — ESCORT’s Return Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Limited Warranty. These Program Terms control the 30-day trial and return described below; ESCORT’s standard policies (linked throughout, and collected in Section 4) control everything else, including your general use of EscortRadar.com.

Purchase a Qualified Detector directly from EscortRadar.com. Eligibility is shown on the product or promo page at checkout.
Trial Period: 30 calendar days from delivery (per carrier tracking) to decide whether to keep it. If you change your mind before the order ships, that’s a cancellation, not a return — see the Cancel Your Order page instead.
Keep it: no action needed — the sale is final, subject to the standard Limited Warranty.
Return it: request your free label before the Trial Period ends (Section 3). Late requests are evaluated under the standard Return Policy instead, if still eligible.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Customers

18+, with a valid U.S. shipping and billing address in the 50 states or D.C. Not available for U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.
Must purchase directly from EscortRadar.com. Orders from a retailer or marketplace (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or any dealer) follow that seller’s own return policy instead of this Program.
Limit one trial per customer, household, or address per promotional period; ESCORT may deny participation for suspected fraud or abuse, consistent with the Terms & Conditions.

2.2 Qualified Detectors

Any new ESCORT radar/laser detector with an MSRP of $399+ at purchase, and the ESCORT ZR6 (any price).
Excludes refurbished/open-box units, dash cameras, accessories, gift cards, service plans, and bundle SKUs (unless returned complete). Current eligibility will be shown at checkout.

3. Returning Your Product

Before the Trial Period ends, request a return via escortradar.com/pages/returns or by contacting us.
You’ll receive a free printable, prepaid trackable shipping label via email. This will include your Return Authorization (RA) number.
Condition: like-new, complete with original accessories/packaging, and original serial number intact — full standards in the Return Policy; items that don’t meet them may be denied or refunded at a reduced amount.
Refund: product price only (shipping is non-refundable, per the Return Policy) to your original payment method, typically within 2–3 weeks.

4. Other ESCORT Policies, Changes & Contact

ESCORT may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or change which products qualify, at any time; changes won’t affect a trial already in progress. These Program Terms work alongside ESCORT’s other policies:

Limited Warranty — applies to any Qualified Detector you keep (1 year from purchase, or your extended service plan term).
