To obtain service on a repairable device, please fill in and submit the Service Request Form, below.  For in warranty items, there is no charge. For out of warranty services, please consult the repair options below before submitting a Service Request Form.

  1. Prices shown with a line through them are our previous rates. All figures in USD.
  2. Add shipping to the facility at checkout, or send the unit in using your own label. Premium ground shipping to us is free.
  3. Return shipping is required unless you provide your own return label.
  4. Case work on its own is a Basic repair. Cosmetic work alongside an internal repair is covered under Premium.
  5. Premium carries a full one-year factory bumper-to-bumper warranty.
