To order a Defender Subscription:

1. Add the subscription of your choice to the cart and check out.

2. Within 15-20 minutes you will receive an activation code via email. (This is separate from your order confirmation e-mail). The code can also be found under your account.

3. Activate that code to your detector’s serial number using the activation link included in the e-mail.

4. Wait 30 minutes for the activation to complete, at which point you can begin updating your detector.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: Once a Defender subscription has been activated to your device, it is not refundable. The subscriptions sold here will allow you to download and store Defender Locations (Red Light Cameras, Speed Traps, etc.), to your detector’s internal memory to ensure you continue to receive relevant alerts. If you wish to renew or need assistance with your Escort Live or Drive Smarter APP subscription (Smart Phone APP) for the Escort Live smart phone app, please call us at 800-543-1608. This app is free for enabled device users, and we can help.
